The purpose of this project will be the removal of two water storage tanks (60,000 and 30,000 gallons) and installation of one 135,000-gallon water storage tank for the Grinstone Rancheria located in Elk Creek, CA. Included in this installation will be equipment required for communication and monitoring as well as startup and training for up to four individuals. All work shall be completed in accordance with the SOW, specifications, drawings, and other documents incorporated via amendment. This project will be procured as a Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction with a size standard of $45 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this procurement is Y1ND Construction of Sewage and Waste Facilities. The offeror must possess a current registration in SAM.gov as a small business under this NAICS to be eligible for award. After the new tank is brought online; the existing 60,000-gal tank will be removed from the site and the new tank will be enclosed by chain-link fence. Project 20-N65 will allow communication between the tank, tribal office building, and water treatment plant.
