This amendment serves to 1. notifiy interested offerors of the change in the proposal due date, now 31 October 2025; 2. Update the CLIN structure in Section B to reflect 'Months' instead of 'Lot'; and 3. Update the verbiage in Section L regarding Volume 5 of the pricing submission.
