AI-generated · Aug 24, 2025

Contractor support is sought to perform engineering design, development, integration, test, analysis, verification and validation, certification, and spaceflight support activities for GN&C systems, integrated avionics, and autonomous flight operations. This work is currently performed by Draper Laboratory, and the agency is inviting other qualified sources to bid, with emphasis on small businesses.

Interested firms must submit a capabilities statement detailing core competencies related to the statement of work and at least one past performance reference showing similar work within the last five years. A relevant example would be similar work with contract complexity comparable to or greater than $30 million. If no qualified sources are identified, the government may award the contract to Draper on a sole-source basis. Responses should include the contract number, general scope, contract value, and period of performance.
