West ST Baltimore, MD 21230-3723 Global Nurse Advice Line (GNAL) Services provide professional telehealth nurse triage services to all TRICARE beneficiaries across the globe 24/7/365. The services and personnel required to perform the requirements delineated below to include: a. Continuous telehealth registered nurse triage based on evidence-based guidelines, algorithms or protocols to direct patients to the most clinically appropriate level of care including self-care, urgent care, and emergent care. b. Specified MTF appointing services, c. Customized MTF transfers to support the MTF s capabilities, d. Civilian TRICARE authorized urgent care referral services, e. Civilian network provider and MTF locator support services, and f. Customer service. GNAL services and capabilities include: customized internal processes to direct callers based on their beneficiary status (Active Duty, Active Duty Family Member, Retiree, and Retiree Family Member) and TRICARE health plan. The award would continue services currently performed under contract GNAL HT001124C0011, until the agency completes the solicitation phase, source selection evaluation phase and award of the GNAL-Next Generation effort. The agency anticipates a 6-month base period of performance effective 18 September 2025 to 17 March 2026 and four 3-month option periods effective 18 March 2026 to 17 March 2027. This is not a request for proposals. Any interested party that believes it can meet the requirement described herein may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice. Responses must be submitted by email to the points of contact no later than 4:00PM EDT on 9 August 2025. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
