Clarify Statement of Work CLIN 2 directions, construct a gravel pad, add water, sewer, fence, gate, power for a modular office and other various task as described in the SOW. Construct a 75 feet x 50 feet x 6 inches. compacted gravel pad. Pads will consist of gravel, crushed stone or similar all-weather material. The setup pad shall be graded to no more than a 4-percent slope in any direction. The soil bearing pressure shall be equal to or greater than 2500 psf. A gravel drive shall connect the asphalt road to the pad area. 2. Clarify contractors proposal pricing breakout sheet is due at time of proposal submission. In the event, a line item is not provided in the Government provided pricing breakout sheet, ADD any additional line-item(s) to your pricing sheet to ensure the Contractors total proposal price is in the proposal submission.
