The U.S. Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division, in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC), Combat Feeding Directorate, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to ESHA Research LLC dba Trustwell located at 447 Skyline RD S STE 100, Salem, OR 97306 under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Natick Soldier Combat Capabilities Developmental Command - Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) requires nutritional analysis software. ESHA Research LLC dba Trustwell are the sole providers of this equipment and the associated services. Changing the service provider would be unsuitable as ESHA Research LLC dba Trustwell is the sole provider of this nutritional analysis software. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 513210 and the size standard is $47.0 million. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available. A determination not to compete this proposed action based on any responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
