Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NM City: Albuquerque Delineated Area: North: Gibson Blvd. SE; East: Penn St. SE to Access Rd.; South: Isleta Pueblo (Indian Reservation); West: Interstate 25 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 63,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 63,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 298 Parking Spaces (Surface): 298 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Additional Requirements:  Offered space must not be directly located by schools, churches, pre- schools, daycares, or dispensaries  Ground floor space is preferred  Sallyport with fencing is required  Minimum of 20’ setback is required  Offered space must have space available for a ware yard or exterior covered storage  Offered space must have the ability to accommodate large vehicles (e.g. buses or trailers)  Offered building must have a loading dock Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced 06/2025 lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-Year” floodplain).
