Go east on Honey Hill Road to I-75. Proceed south on I-75 to NW 186th St. Continue east on NW 186th St to 183rd St. Proceed east on 183rd St to Florida s Turnpike. Travel south on Florida s Turnpike to I-95. Go north on I-95 to W. Commercial Blvd. Proceed west on W. Commercial Blvd to Sawgrass Expressway. Travel south on Sawgrass Expressway to I-75. The offered building may be eliminated that are located within 1,000 linear feet of schools, daycare centers, residential zoning/concentration, hotels, or areas of high civilian activity or vulnerability. Residential adjacencies to potential sites will be carefully reviewed with agency security guidelines and at the government's discretion, may be eliminated from consideration. The building shall be easily accessible from the main thoroughfare but inconspicuous or discreet to public and traffic. Preference will be given to locations that are within short driving distance to concessions and other professional business offerings. Offered buildings and offered space will be evaluated by the agency security team. Not all minimum requirements are reflected in this advertisement. Offered space must meet all Government requirements contained in the RLP/Lease to be issued, including, but not limited to, the Agency Specific Requirements and Facility Security Level III requirements by the occupancy date per the terms of the Lease. Expression of Interest Submission Instructions/Requirements: Please provide the following basic information and descriptions pertaining to the building you propose for consideration. All submissions should include the following information: Name of Owner; Property authorization letter from the owner; Address or locational description of the building; Age of building; Total gross square feet; and gross square feet per floor; Site plan depicting the building and parking; Floor plan and gross square footage of the proposed space; Identification of on-site parking; A map demonstrating the building is within the delineated area; A map depicting the location of public transportation stops within proximity to the property; A map depicting the evidence of amenities within close proximity of the property; Building owners must provide evidence of ownership. Non-owners (e.g. prospective developers/lessors) submitting a building must provide evidence of permission or authority granted by property owner to submit the building to GSA for development; Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
