Solicitation N00421-26-Q-1207 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with GDP Space Systems, under the authority of FAR Part 13.
