PROCUREMENT TITLE: GAS FLOW ANALYZERS INTENT TO AWARD: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VAMC 1 VA Center, 1400 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, MA 02132-4927, intends to award one (1) Procurement on a Sole Source basis, to a Small Business Concern, using FSS Order number GS21F-169AA, for GAS FLOW ANALYZERS (Base year no Option Years). BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION: This procurement seeks to purchase Gas Flow Analyzers equipment to allow the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) department to test and service Anesthesia machines, vaporizers, pulse oximeters, patient monitors, and various other medical devices. NAICS: 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing PSC: 6515 Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies AUTHORITY: This procurement will be issued under the authority of FAR Part 8 Required Sources of Supplies and Services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
