The Contractor shall provide comprehensive gardening and landscape maintenance services for the U.S. Embassy Bogota compound. These services shall include all planning, administration, and management necessary to ensure compliance with the contract, the Contracting Officer s Representative (COR) schedules and instructions, and all applicable best practices, laws, and regulations. The Contractor must meet all performance standards specified in the contract. The Contractor shall also perform all related support functions, including but not limited to human resources management, quality control, technical oversight, and phytosanitary supervision. The green areas of the U.S. Embassy Bogota compound cover approximately 28,000 square meters, as highlighted in the reference image below. Areas requiring gardening services include lawns, trees, palms, shrubs, hedges, bushes, vines, ground cover, flower beds, and selected indoor plants.
