Delivery is FOB Destination and is required not later than 30 days after contract award; Delivery location is NAVAL SUBMARINE BASE GROTON, CT AND NAVAL STATION NEWPORT, RI . Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. The Government will conduct an acceptance inspection at the point of delivery. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811412 with a size standard of $19 million dollars. By submitting a quote, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote.
