GA99 SITE OPERATOR-USGS NATIONAL TRENDS NETWORK 140G0126Q0004

The U.S. Geological Survey, Hydrologic Network Branch, seeks a contractor to collect water quality samples at the designated site GA99 in the National Atmospheric Deposition Program-National Trends Network is located in Tift County in Chula, Georgia, latitude: 31.5217, longitude: -83.5482 on land owned by the USDA Agricultural Research Service. Ingress is limited to Univ. of Georgia employees or persons who are granted entry permission by Univ. of Georgia. The contractor will send the samples and provide gage data to the USGS Upper Midwest Water Science Center for processing and shipment to the USGS National Water Quality Laboratory. Refer to attached Work Statement for further details. The period of performance is one year plus four option years as specified. Quotes shall provide pricing for each contract period, and technical capabilities to perform the work. This will be a firm fixed-price contract with option periods. The basis of award is lowest price technically acceptable (see E.8. Evaluation). Quote submissions are due on or before 12/16/2025. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541990 and size standard is $19.5 million. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract.
