The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, is conducting market research to identify potential vendors that can provide the general requirements below. General Requirements The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, has a requirement for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contract Emergency Residential Services (CERS) Licensed Treatment Facility in Sacramento, Placer or Yolo County for VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS). The Department of Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) located in Northern California requires HCHV CERS Licensed Treatment Facility Services in Sacramento, Placer or Yolo County for Homeless Veterans. Contractor shall primarily focus on providing emergency housing and supportive services for homeless Veterans in accordance with the HCHV CERS model requirements. Contractor should have a facility located in Sacramento, Placer or Yolo County, (See PWS Addendum 1 Zip Codes). Please review the draft performance work statement for full description of requirements. Place of Performance: VA Northern California Healthcare System: Sacramento, Placer or Yolo County.
