During the base period, VA INS will provide the Contractor with a minimum of 1000 cases including cases selected from each tier as described in PWS Table 1. VA INS will evaluate the effectiveness of the contractor s locator and outreach services during the base period to determine if the option period will be renewed and to estimate volumes of cases from each tier to be referred for locator and outreach services in subsequent option periods. Success criteria for each performance period is defined in PWS paragraph 5.2.6. Quoters will complete all sections of the solicitation document identified below before returning copies of the original solicitation and all posted amendments, signed by a responsible company representative, to the contracting officer by the quote due date indicated in block 8 of the last issued solicitation/amendment document.
