The Department of Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) requires Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contracted Emergency Residential Services (CERS) for Homeless Geriatric Veterans in San Mateo, Santa Clara, or Southern Alameda County.
