General Requirements The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, has a requirement for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contracted Emergency Residential Services (CERS) for Homeless Geriatric Veterans in San Mateo, Santa Clara, or Southern Alameda County for VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS). The Department of Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) requires Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contracted Emergency Residential Services (CERS) for Homeless Geriatric Veterans in San Mateo, Santa Clara, or Southern Alameda County. Contractor shall primarily focus on providing emergency housing and supportive services for homeless geriatric Veterans in accordance with the HCHV CERS model requirements. Contractor should have a facility located in San Mateo, Santa Clara, or Southern Alameda County. Please review the draft performance statement for full description of requirements.
