The intent of this contract is to engage a community provider to offer homeless Veterans services through the Contracted Emergency Residential Services program, enhanced by the services as defined in the Performance Work Statement. Services will be provided 24/7 to homeless Veterans. This contract is expected to house and serve homeless male and female Veterans in need of placement in a safe environment with onsite supportive services. The rapid stabilization of the Veterans in other appropriate transitional or permanent housing within 60 days, with no more than 180 days, without a planned reason for the extension, is an expected outcome of this Contract. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about July 08, 2025, with a closing date for proposals on or about July 31, 2025. The solicitation will be available at SAM.gov. Interested vendors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to vendors about the proposal submission process.
