Notice of Intent to Sole Source: 36C77626Q0117 National Veterans Summer Sports Clinic Adaptive Sports Instruction and Support Services Introduction: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to issue a sole source contract to The Severson Group LLC. for the National Veterans Summer Sports Clinic (NVSSC) to be held in Orlando, FL., from May 2, 2026-May 10, 2026. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Parts 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and 12.102(b) Restricting competition.. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611620 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $9 Million. Justification: This requirement is needed to support Adaptive Sports for the NVSSC. An estimated 300 participants including Veterans will be participating. The Office of National Veterans Sports Programs and Special Events (NVSPSE) provide adaptive sports medicine and therapeutic arts for Veterans to improve their independence, health, well-being, and quality of life in accordance with 38 U.S.C. && 322 and 521. Background: The Department of Veterans Affairs requires structured, professionally managed adaptive sports and wellness services to support rehabilitation, physical activity, and community reintegration of Veterans participating in the NVSSC.
