The contractor shall provide the expertise and management necessary to conduct officiating services for a youth military sports program in support of the 773d Force Support Squadron Youth Program, Youth Programs, JBER, Alaska.The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform sports officiating and scorekeeping as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). As well as remove the Statement of Work and Past Performance Questionaire, change the description of how offerors will be graded in terms of past performance, extend the offers due date to 28 July 2026, and change the contract vehicle to a requirements type Idenfinate Delivery Indefinate Quantity contract with a five year ordering period.
