NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Solicitation Number: 15M10226QA4700005 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for TOG/VSU FY24 Wireless Phones & Service Plans The period of performance for this effort will be a 12-month period. The total estimated value is $150,197.76 . This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 19.808-1 for the aforementioned requirement. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
