Paper-based is required when internet connectivity is poor/down on the OTS campus, whereas online assessments can be utilized when internet connectivity is functional. This system must interface with existing test bank architecture (ParTest and ParScore) to maintain test item statistics for our existing test banks, and to retain our historical assessment data.
