The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Collected debris is to be off-loaded onto Government barges located at the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, 3015 NW 54th St., Seattle, WA 98107. Crane services need to occur at this locationand may occur throughout Puget Sound.WA 98107.
