The Government will consider all responses received by the deadline set in this notice. The information received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to proceed with the planned sole-source acquisition. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4/30/2026, 12:00 PM EST.
