This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.201, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Questions may be submitted to the POC and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 1400 hours (2:00PM) CDT on 27 March 2026. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered. 6. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POC and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 1400 hours (2:00PM) CDT on 30 March 2026 (the established deadline). 7.
