FY26 Design Build / Design Bid Build General Construction East Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)
A single Firm-Fixed-Price MATOC pool with a $350 million capacity will be established to cover design-build or design-bid-build general construction work across all Charleston District Programs. The MATOC will be an East pool with a target of seven contractors.
Contracts will run for a three-year base period, plus one two-year option period, and will support multiple task orders under either design-build or design-bid-build procurement methods.
The planned solicitation will result in one Firm-Fixed Price MATOC pool with a total capacity of $350M for Design-Build (DB) or Design-Bid-Build (DBB) General Construction for all Charleston District Programs. The MATOC pool will include a target of seven (7) contractors. The contracts will include a three-year base period and one two-year option period.
