Summary

AI-generated · Dec 03, 2025

Data engineering and analytic support is sought to aid the strategic marketing initiatives of USAREC and the Army Enterprise Marketing Office. The work covers designing and maintaining data repositories and datasets, creating data extracts, conducting analyses, and syncing data with Army systems (such as EMMS, DHW, LEMA, ARISS, Vantage) and multiple third-party marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Sprinklr, Datorama). Real-time dashboards updated several times per day are required to deliver actionable marketing intelligence to Recruiters, Commanders and Staff, and Army Senior Leaders.

This is a planning, information-only sources-sought notice and does not constitute a solicitation, request for quotes, or guarantee of a contract. It does not invite unsolicited proposals at this time. Respondents should provide information on small-business status, potential subcontracting or teaming arrangements, relevant prior experience and certifications, and any factors that might unduly restrict competition.

This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government to procure data engineering and analytic support to help aid the strategic marketing initiatives of the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) and the Army Enterprise Marketing Office (AEMO). AEMO requires Marketing Analytical Support to provide comprehensive data engineering and analytics support to meet its organizational mission. The support encompasses the design and maintenance of data repositories, datasets, data extracts, analysis, synchronization with relevant Army systems (e.g., Enterprise Marketing Management System (EMMS), Data Warehouse (DHW), Leads and Mission Awards (LEMA) databases, Army Recruiting Information Support System (ARISS), Vantage, and multiple third-party systems to support marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Sprinklr, and Datorama), as detailed in the attached draft performance work statement. The functionality and integration of these systems enable AEMO s D&P team to provide Recruiters with clear, actionable, understandable, and agile marketing intelligence, to provide Accessions Commanders and Staffs with a persistent set of marketing capabilities, and to provide Army Senior Leaders with detailed marketing analysis on demand. AEMO s dashboard solutions rely on real-time data, updated multiple times each day, to provide immediate feedback and insights for Army Senior Leaders throughout the Accessions Enterprise.
