NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Solicitation Number: 15M10225QA4700279 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for FY25 D63 - ADMIN WORKSTATIONS for Eastern District of Oklahoma. The period of performance for this effort will be a 1 year base period with ONE (1) 12-month option periods. The total estimated value is $17,199.33. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-2 for the aforementioned requirement. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
