Brief Description: Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany GA has a requirement for up to 1,000 man-hours per year to disassemble, assemble, de-install, relocate, install, and/or dispose of furniture currently owned, in use, or in the possession of the government. This includes moving/ staging furniture and pre-packed office supplies from various facilities/ locations to the new location as directed by the government. Typical items include, but are not limited to, modular furniture, partition panels, file cabinets, safes, shelving, desks, chairs, and various types of cabinets. The government will pack all non-furniture items prior to the contractor's arrival. The contractor will be responsible for moving and staging the packed items at the new location as directed by the government representative. The applicable NAICS code is 484210, Facilities Support Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $34 Million. Interested vendors shall provide the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, and email address. (2) Cage Code and UEI Number. Cage Code and UEI number must be registered on the Systems for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov). (3) Business Size under NAICS code 484210. If the size standard is small, indicate if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, HUBZone certified, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business or Small Business. (4) If these services have been acquired by any government agencies please provide names of agencies, POCs, and contract numbers. (5) Include any other supporting documents. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor the website for the solicitation and any associated amendments. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, at https://www.sam.gov/, is required for entities to do business with and receive funds from the federal Government. Businesses will be assigned a Commercial and Government Entities (CAGE) Code & a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number via the SAM website.
