The Government has authorized ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors (AFGSC) the Prime Contractor to post this solicititation, contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. No contract award will be made until funds are available FAR 52.232-18. The Government and/or AFGSC reserves the right to cancel this solicitation if funding does not materialize. A. Techincal Proposal to include: Construction Plan and sequencing Schedule showing all major activities EM 385-1-1 Safety Plan SOW experience requirements of POC personnel. Product data for key items (metal building, insulation, doors, panelboard, heaters, lights) B. Price Proposal: Complete Appendix A - bid Form provided in the SOW package. Offerors shall ensure that all pricing, terms and proposals conditions remain valid through September 30, 2026 due to anticipated funding schedule.
