REQUEST FOR INFORMATION SPE603-25-R-5X35 FUEL SERVICES AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT IN LEARMONTH, AUSTRALIA Defense Logistics Agency - Energy is seeking information on industry capabilities/interest/potential sources for the receipt, storage, additive injection and issue of Aviation Turbine Fuel Grade Jet A-1, totaling 500,000 barrels (fill capacity) within 40km of RAAF Learmonth, Australia. CONCEPT OF SERVICES OPERATIONS: Fuel services and operations would primarily consist of receipt, storage, protect, inject and ship one grade of U.S. Government-owned Jet A-1. All storage capacities and capabilities must be available and operational in a single location. AREA OF CONSIDERATION: Learmonth, Australia ESTIMATED ANNUAL THROUGHPUT: Total throughput is to be determined at a later date for each 12-month contract period. CAPABILITIES SOUGHT: Storage of Aviation Turbine Fuel, Grade Jet A-1 totaling 500,000 barrels. All product must be held at a single location.
