Ultra Electronics is the design activity and is the OEM of the Fuel Control Test Set. Testing Low Impedance (LoZ) design changes is required to proceed with the Fuel Control Test Set ECP. Without this testing, the current ECP effort will not be able to be completed. This notification is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation will be available for this procurement. Responses stating interest must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
