F&SS at Idaho National Laboratory is organizing an on-site Industry Discovery Forum to share early visibility into upcoming electrical Transmission and Distribution infrastructure improvement projects and to discuss how a design-build approach will be used. The event will include high-level overviews of anticipated scope and project timelines for FY26–FY31, discuss general requirements, and cover site access, safety expectations, and the potential applicability of Davis-Bacon and SSA requirements. Attendance is invite-only and limited, with a half-day program of presentations and breakout discussions at the INL complex in Idaho Falls.

To express interest, vendors should register through the INL Vendor Portal with their company name, primary contact, description of services related to F&SS needs, number of representatives to attend, and a summary of relevant capabilities and resources. Note that this Expression of Interest is not a request for proposal, quote, or bid, and participation does not guarantee future contracting opportunities; subsequent procurement actions will follow INL’s standard processes and may be posted through the Vendor Portal and SAM.gov.

BACKGROUND Facilities & Site Services (F&SS) at Idaho National Laboratory is planning to host an Industry Discovery Forum to engage with industry partners and provide early visibility into upcoming F&SS projects.
