The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site. The pre-proposal conference will be held April 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (local time) at the US Embassy Libreville. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Judith Abourou by Thursday April 2, 2025, for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Quotations are due by Friday April 25, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (local time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
