(iv) The NAICS for this requirement is 311811(Retail Bakeries) with a size standard of 700 employees. PSC 8920(Bakery and Cereal Products. (v) In accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b), it has been determined that this procurement not be set-aside exclusively for small business participation. Past procurement s of this nature have confirmed that there is a reasonable expectation that quotations will not be obtained from at least two responsible small business concerns at a fair market price.
