(iv) Location of Delivery is: 1 Glen Ray Road, Alderson, W.V. 24910. A Government representative will inspect the item(s) at the time of delivery or later to determine the quality and acceptability. Payment shall be released accordingly. Any item found with change in Specifications, Quality, or Brand shall be refused or returned to the vendor at vendor s expense, without entertaining the payment claim.
