DLA-Aviation is issuing this source sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Four (4) Horizontal Balancing Machines. In addition to the machines, turnkey services are required as follows: training, technical data (i.e. manuals, drawings), rigging & installation, and shipping. The four (4) horizontal balances must be compatible with the tooling list in Appendix A of the attached purchase description (PD). The Government s tooling is from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Rhinestahl. No alternate OEM tooling is permissible or substitutable. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.
