Scope of Contract This project includes Fort Simcoe Job Corps Center water system renovation. Project Schedule Construction shall be completed within 180 days. Project Location This project is located at the Fort Simcoe Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center located approximately 9 miles from White Swan, WA in Yakima County. The address is 40 Abella Lane, White Swan, WA 98952. Driving instructions can be obtained from the Center by calling 509-874-2244. Statement of Work/Specifications Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses for the work summarized as follows: 1. Construct new 6 water main by open excavation Construction includes removal and replacement of existing fire hydrants, installation of new fire hydrant assemblies, installation of gate valves for water main isolation, upgrading potable water reservoir and well instrumentation, and upgrading three wells, replacing service connections to buildings on campus, reconnection of irrigation piping and replacement of backflow devices. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT Per FAR Subpart 36.204, the anticipated price range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The applicable Wage Determination is WA20260119 (see Attachment 5). KEY DATES Tentative date for posting the Request for Proposal(RFP) is 02/25/2026. Tentative date for closing RFP 45 days after posting. Project must be completed by 180 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
