The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238160, Roofing Contractors with a small business size standard not to exceed $19 million. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is Z1AZ, Maintenance of other administrative facilities and service buildings. The place of contract performance is Ft. Leonard Wood, MO and LORA. This contract action is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The resulting contract will be a single-award, firm- fixed price Indefinitely Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a one (1) year base ordering period and four (4) optional ordering periods of one (1) year each.
