Attendees may meet at USDA-NRCS Area Office, 113 Fairfield Drive, Ste. 110, Hattiesburg, MS 39402 In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, performance and payment bonds are required for any construction exceeding $150,000. For proposals between $35,000 and 150,000, the Contracting Officer requires a payment bond and an irrevocable letter of credit (ILC).
