SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. AMENDMENT 01 The following Addendum_1 is being issued on 6/11/2025 for the subject Request for Quotation: 356744_Forklift Clarification Questions: - What is the capacity needed? - 6000 lbs - Is there a specific lift height you need to be able to reach? - Our current lift will do a lift height of 126" to the top of the forks. I would like the same or better. - The lithium battery hours of operation so they make sure that the lithium will give enough power. - 6 hours - Do you require any safety items, back up alarm, strobe, side shift and will this unit be working only inside, inside and outside or only outside? - All standard safety items as built along with back up alarm, strobe, side shift will be required. The forklift will be used both indoors and outdoors. Updated Evaluation Criteria as follows: - Model J60XN - Pneumatic Shaped Solid Tires - Standard Carriage, 42 In - Pallet Forks, 2.0 x 4.9 x 48 - RP 80-volt Lithium Battery 460-amp hour F80460 & charger - 1-year Warranty at no cost - Delivery onsite before 9/30/25 - Capacity needed - 6000 lbs - A lift height of 126" or better. This Addendum modifies the Request for Quotation and must be acknowledged. Failure to acknowledge all addenda could make your proposal non-responsive. Please confirm that the submitted proposal is not changed because of this addendum. If proposal sent is revised because of this, please submit the revised proposal.
