This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-04 (effective 11 June 2025) and DFARS Publication Notice 20250117 (effective 17 January 2025). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. SECURITY: The Contractor s employees must pass a U.S. Government Background Check conducted by the Naval Support Activity Annapolis Security Department in order, to gain access to the USNA complex. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance will consist of a 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods and FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services for up to 6 months.
