All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email to Tanya.Torres@usda.gov, on the attached RFI form, no later than 2 September 2025, 1100 AM hours PDT. A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will not be held. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
