This acquisition aims to secure a location suitable for a workshop with around 300 participants. We require a large, well-equipped classroom with audio/visual facilities for plenary sessions, and three to five smaller rooms for breakout sessions (with audio/visual in at least one to three). The facility also needs an office for event staff preparation and support. Wi-Fi access is essential in all spaces.
