Market research is being conducted to identify sources capable of providing field-level logistics and sustainment support for UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters procured by the U.S. Government and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. A new firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract is contemplated for five years (60 months) to deliver comprehensive field-level support and sustainment services, including Technical Publication Revision Services, Contractor Field Service Representative (CFSR) support, Unique Software Load Services, overhaul and repair, storage and maintenance, and consolidation and kitting for other Government Agencies and FMS customers. Work will be performed under country-specific task orders and requires full technical planning, documentation, and managerial efforts in accordance with applicable requirements.
