This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 15B50526Q00000004 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This Solicitation is for 2nd Quarter FY26 National Menu. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01. This solicitation is issued as Total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 311999 with a small business size standard of 700.00 employees. More than one item may be awarded to one offeror/contractor. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements and is determined to provide the best value to the Government. The following are the evaluation factors that will be used to evaluate each offeror: (1) Price - The government will evaluate the Offerors proposed price to ensure it is fair and reasonable; and (2) Past Performance - Past performance information shall include prior experience and similar performances undertaken by the contractor. (3) Technical Capabilities Past performance and Technical capability are significantly more important than price. Quotes shall be accepted up to 4 decimal places. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS/INSTRUCTIONS: All deliveries must be palletized unless prior arrangements were agreed to by warehouse staff. All non-frozen, perishable foods must be delivered between 34 degrees F and 40 degrees F. All canned goods must be delivered above 34 degrees F and not frozen. Any product that indicates prior thawing will be refused. All items will be closely inspected. Some items may require thawing and cooking to determine specification compliance. Receipt of delivery may be conditional for a period of three (3) days to allow for adequate examination and testing. Items that fail to meet specifications will be refused. Items which are conditionally received and found noncompliant must be picked up at the vendors expense within (2) weeks of noncompliance notification. If the product is not picked up within two (2) weeks, it will be disposed of by warehouse staff. Items that fail to meet specifications will be refused. All items must be dated. Deliveries will be accepted from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 pm CST, Monday through Fridays, No deliveries on weekends or federal holidays. Warehouse Phone: 817-782-4268. Delivery vehicles should not exceed Gross 49000lbs-Tandem Axle 32000 Lbs. to comply with the bridge weight limit along the delivery route to the warehouse. Good morning, This correspondence serves as a formal notification that, due to current government funding limitations available till January 30, 2026, the awards and associated contract opportunity for Solicitation Number 15B50526Q00000004 FMC CARSWELL FY26 2ND NATIONAL MENU were cancelled, with the exception to the award of Line Item #306 & 307 at a unit price of $0.3475 each. This cancellation was made in the best interest of the Government and was not the result of any deficiency to any of the offeror's response to this solicitation, pricing, or performance capability. No contractual obligation is incurred by the Government as a result of this notice. Should sufficient funding become available after January 30, 2026, the Government reserves the right to reissue, reinstate, or otherwise take appropriate procurement action at that time.
