Government acknowleges SAM RFQ #W911YN26Q0003 doesn't match the attachment RFQ W911YN26QA003 which is the correct RFQ number. Offers citing either RFQ# will be accepted. Amendment 0003 removes the first two Q&A sets and provides a third Q&A set which supersedes and replaces the previous Q&As. Additionally, PWS is amended to remove contractor requirements to provide meals for Government personnel. See attachments.
