The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 intends to award a sole source purchase to Nevada Boiler Parts LLC, 3017 SHERIDAN ST STE 1, LAS VEGAS, NV 89102 for two (2) TB-14110-2A, FLOFAB Heat Exchangers. This action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13 and 41 USC 1901, only one will meet the Government s needs. Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the supplies and/or services. It is the Governments belief that the proposed candidate can make the immediate repairs needed to prevent clean steam generator failures in the OR, SPS and other servicing areas. Due to the immediate nature of the services and products required. This is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a notice to Sole Source to Nevada Boiler Parts LLC.
