Summary

AI-generated · Aug 24, 2025

Provide two stand-alone, high-definition IP security cameras with autodome PTZ, minimum 30x zoom, 180-degree pan, 1080p day/night capability, weatherproof housing, and Power over Ethernet. A single joystick control panel must manage both cameras and connect to the existing Samsung display (UN40H50033AF); no recording capability is required, and no Wi‑Fi, internet, or Bluetooth connectivity is allowed.

Installation tasks span two locations. Building 261 requires replacing an exterior camera at about 22 ft height; the existing conduit can be reused, but new mounting brackets, cable, and connectors are required, with plenum-rated wiring and a POE connection from the camera to the joystick/display over ~250 ft; mounting plans must be approved by the Civil Engineer; site visit available on request. Building 252 requires a new exterior camera at about 22 ft height, with new wall penetrations, mounting brackets, cable/connectors, and plenum-rated wiring; no conduit is available, so use media converters/POE extenders to bridge to Building 261 over ~1,000 ft, with a communications room in Building 252 to facilitate the link; mounting plans require Civil Engineer approval; site visit available on request. Include vendor information and technical specifications with the quote; active SAM registration is required.
