THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT FA462525Q1067 Whiteman AFB, Mo 65305 23 September 2025 Whiteman AFB intends to award as a sole source solicitation, in accordance with FAR 13.501(a) a contract for Flight Test Data Recorder for the 72nd Test Squadron. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515 and the small business size is 750 employees. This requirement is for B-2A aircraft flight qualified pieces of equipment are only procurable from Safran Defense & Space, Inc. The flight qualified telemetry equipment requires identical replacement that were designed by and are exclusively sold and repaired by Safran Defense & Space, Inc. to support B-2A aircraft during airborne on-range data collection during critical B-2A airborne Force Development Evaluations.
