The kits power communications equipment used on wildland fire. The panels must have the following specifications: 1.) Open circuit voltage less than 25Volts. 2.) Folded dimensions no larger than 13 x 7.5 x 3 to fit in existing enclosure 3.) Short Circuit Current less than 7 amps. 4.) SAE style connector to connect to existing cables. 5.) If Powerfilm Panels are offered, they must include optional weatherproof lamination. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
